Please read these terms and conditions before registering to use the AlphaOne website.
To use this site and its content and other services available on the site you must agree to these Terms by following the registration process outlined below.
Registration and use of this website constitutes and agreement between you and Greatest Asset Pty Ltd (hereafter referred to as AlphaOne). If you do not accept these Terms you cannot use this website.
AlphaOne reserves the right to reject any application submitted for access to the site.
All users must register using AlphaOne's registration process. This requires you to provide certain information about yourself.
All information which you provide must be true, accurate, complete and up to date. You must notify AlphaOne within 14 days of any changes to your registration information.
Confirmation from AlphaOne that the registration process is complete does not represent an acceptance of your registration. AlphaOne may need to further verify information before acceptance and reserves the right at any time to refuse, suspend, or cancel your registration for any reason.
You will be advised once your registration has been accepted and you will receive a user name and password as detailed by contract, entitling you to access to the site, content and services in accordance with this agreement.
In order for your registration to be complete, you must indicate that you have read and agreed to these terms by selecting the "I Agree" icon found at the end of these terms.
On completion of registration, you will receive a user name and a password. Your username will be used for identification purposes within the site. You may log in to the site, access or use the content and the Services or modify your registration information, when logged in with your user name and password. You may not have more than one active account or user name on the site
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under that log in. You must notify AlphaOne immediately at mail@alphaone.com.au of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security which you may suspect.
You must pay fees for any product or services which you order at the rates shown on the website.
The Fees are subject to change at any time and for any reason.
AlphaOne provides links to other sites. Some of these sites may incur other charges when you visit their sites and these are entirely your responsibility.
You may contact mail@alphaone.com.au if you have concerns regarding the billing of registration or other charges or questions regarding the status of your account. AlphaOne accepts major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard as forms of payment.
You must pay the balance of your account on time and in accordance with this agreement. AlphaOne will charge you interest on any unpaid monies at the rate of 9.0% per annum, calculated monthly.
Alternatively, we can cancel your registration if you do not pay monies due to us on or before the due date.
If you register on behalf of a group of users, you agree to pay all fees incurred by each of those users.
If you do not pay any monies on time, without prejudice to any other rights under this agreement, Alphaone can suspend your registration and allow you thirty (30) days from the date on which payment was due to bring your payment up to date.
AlphaOne may establish or change a privacy and security policy, a fee schedule and any other material it considers appropriate and links to the site.
AlphaOne provides all users for the term of their registration the right to view, download, print or otherwise reproduce in unaltered form a single copy of any material on the site solely for your personal, non-commercial use provided that you include the copyright notice.
Certain software and other material provided or available on or through the site may be stated to be subject to special or additional rules or conditions. These rules and conditions form part of these terms.
The content, layout, design, concept, and organisation of the site, the content and the services may all be the subject of patent, copyright, trade mark, design, confidentiality or other intellectual property rights belonging or licensed to AlphaOne.
You acknowledge and agree that:
as between you and AlphaOne, AlphaOne owns all right to intellectual property, and that you will not do any thing to or which might hinder, impede, invalidate or challenge AlphaOne's ownership of or entitlement to use of or the registration of any part of the Intellectual property or which might diminish the value of the Intellectual Property;
any use of the services, site, content, and/or the intellectual property rights, other than as permitted by these terms or by law, is not licensed and is strictly prohibited; and
you will obtain written permission from AlphaOne before you copy, upload, transmit, reproduce, distribute or in any way exploit any services, technology and/or the copyrights, patents, trademarks or the other intellectual property rights, obtained through the site
AlphaOne may at anytime and without notice change or terminate the content and the services or any part of them. Any modification is effective immediately upon either a posting on the AlphaOne Terms of Service page, or by a message from AlphaOne sent by electronic mail, or by conventional mail. If any such modification to these terms is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your registration. However, if following notice of any such modification you do not terminate your registration, or continue to use the content, the service or the site, your continued use indicates you have accepted that modification and wish to remain registered as a user.
Only registered users are permitted to use the site. You must not authorise any other person, body, organisation or company to use your user name or password.
The use of the site, the content and the services is at your own risk. When using the site, information and files available from the site cannot be guaranteed to be secure, free from computer viruses or other faults or defects. It is recommended that you scan and check such data accordingly. AlphaOne is not responsible for any delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the site, which is beyond its control.
The content and the services are intended for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reliance on any content or services, including information provided by AlphaOne, its employees, agents or contractors or others, is solely at your own risk.

The services are not intended to:

provide or accept a diagnosis or a treatment plan of a medical condition; or
issue or determine the suitability of any medication
Neither AlphaOne or any of its affiliates, agents, contractors, employees or professionals assume any legal responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information contained within the services.
AlphaOne makes the content, the services and the site available to users with the understanding they will act appropriately, professionally and responsibly.
If you access the site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The liability of AlphaOne for breach of any condition implied in these terms will be limited at the option of AlphaOne to the provision of the relevant services in the future or the payment of the cost of having those services provided again.
Specifically AlphaOne makes no representations about the accuracy or reliability of the site, the content or the services or any software, text, graphics, links, or communications provided through the site or AlphaOne.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and indemnify AlphaOne, its employees, agents, contractors, licensors, suppliers, or any other third parties mentioned on the site from any liability for loss, costs or damages (including, without limitation, economic or consequential loss, lost profits or special damages) resulting from the use of or inability to use the site, the content or the services.
AlphaOne is not liable to you or to any third party for or in respect of any personal injury, including death, caused by access to, use or misuse of the site, the content or the services or in respect of any loss which may be suffered as a result of the termination of your right to use the site.
Any claims arising in connection with the use of the site must be brought within one year of the date of occurrence.
You agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless AlphaOne, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, loss, damages, liabilities and costs (including solicitors' costs on a solicitor and own client basis) related to or arising directly or indirectly from any and all:
your conduct and that of AlphaOne , its officers, directors, employees and agents as contemplated by these terms, including performance by you and AlphaOne , its officers, directors, employees and agents of their respective obligations under these terms;
breaches by you of these Terms;
access to or use of or inability to access or use, the content, the services or the site;
conduct and activities under your user name and password;
inaccurate, misleading or deceptive, defamatory, unlawful or illegal material contained within your user content or your information and data;
claims or demands, whether or not proven, made by any third party, due to or arising from any breach by you of these terms or any use of the site, the content or the services by you or your information and data which infringes or may infringe any third party's patent,copyright or other intellectual property, or any moral, privacy or publicity rights; and
access to, reliance upon or use of your user content or your information and data by AlphaOne or any third party.
The agreement between you and AlphaOne will continue until terminated as set out in these terms.
Your registration will be renewed in relation to various packages you register to receive, subject to these terms.
AlphaOne and you may each terminate your registration by giving notice of termination not less than 30 and no more than 60 days prior to the expiry of any registration period.
These terms, as amended from time to time, shall be effective for as long as you use the services and/or remain registered as a user.
AlphaOne may at any time terminate your registration as a user by written notice if in its opinion you:
breach these terms
commit any dishonest or fraudulent act;
behave in a manner which in the reasonable opinion of AlphaOne might adversely affect the reputation or public image of AlphaOne;
become bankrupt;
infringe any intellectual property right or privacy, moral or publicity right of AlphaOne or any third party
or as provided in clause 5.
Termination of your registration does not negate your obligation to pay any fees incurred or payable to fit AlphaOne prior to the effective date of termination.
Upon termination of your registration:
your user name and password will be cancelled and you will no longer be able or entitled to access the site, the content or the services;
the perpetual license you have granted to AlphaOne to use your user content shall continue;
your license to use the content automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of any portion of the content; and
any provisions of these terms, which would be expected to survive termination, shall survive and remain in full force and effect in accordance with their terms. These shall include without limitation paragraphs 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 and any other provision in these terms.
These terms contain the entire terms and conditions that apply to your registration as a user and your use of the site, the content and the services.
Your rights and obligations under these terms may not be transferred or assigned directly or indirectly without the prior written consent of AlphaOne.
AlphaOne will not be responsible or liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms if such failure is caused by any matter beyond its reasonable control including, internet and communications outages, fire, flood, war, or act of God.
