The patent pending and trademarked AlphaOne Code of Fitness health and fitness assessment includes one-to-one counselling, medical and EAP referral (where appropriate), plus a personal health and fitness action plan with regular follow-up that includes a back reconditioning program.
On the basis of the assessment, employees are assigned the AlphaOne Code of Fitness. It is the target of the entire workforce to achieve an A1 Code of Fitness. AlphaOne achieves its greatest success by motivating and supporting high-risk employees to take action to lower their risk while, at the same time, supporting healthy workers to maintain their fitness.
