The Guy Leech Online Personal Trainer Home Page, features a calendar for scheduling workouts and viewing progress - all organised in a convenient Fitness Planner. Click on a 'specific day' to view the workout for that day and for the rest of the week. Click on 'exercises' and learn proper technique. They can be viewed as still images or video, with either male or female demonstrators. For your convenience, the Fitness Planner can be printed for easy viewing at home or the gym.
